As a technology leader with over 14 years of experience, I've had the privilege of building and leading engineering teams, delivering complex products, and collaborating closely with founders to bring innovative ideas to life. My journey has spanned industries like cybersecurity, fitness, and mental health, where I've helped scale products from concept to market. Along the way, I realized something crucial: technology has incredible potential to shape our world, especially when it's designed with purpose.

But as I looked around, something troubling stood out about how kids interact with technology. Once they move past toys, the natural progression is often a smartphone or tablet-devices designed for adults, overflowing with distractions and rarely tailored to kids' developmental needs. It struck me: there was a significant gap between where we are and what kids truly need in tech.

This gap was impossible to ignore, and it became my driving force. Why isn't there something in-between? Something intentional-something playful, yet purposeful.

That's why I started Pocketrocket Labs. Drawing from my experience in building teams and delivering impactful technology, I'm now focused on reimagining the role of tech in childhood-not as a babysitter or endless entertainment, but as a thoughtful companion that fosters curiosity, builds confidence, and respects the developmental journey.
